Project 34 - Carol Matlak |
I have given 20 quilts to the Children’s Advocacy Center (Will County) and they are going to receive more at least 10-20 when the weather gets a bit warmer. I’ve made 28 quilts so far this year. Many are going to the Children’s Center in Joliet.
These quilts were completed this/last week
Quilt Names are….Block v1, Blocks v2, Is Animals Roar, Gotta Love It and All Around the City
The first 2 attached were made from left over blocks and scraps.
Animals Roar was made from left over strips and smaller fabric pieces – the animals are fleece the other fabric is cotton. Gotta Love it was made from blocks and scraps of material. All Around the City was made from a Fat quarter one of my other guild members gave me and strips I had.
A Special Thank you to Sandy Doubek who gave me fabric I could use for backing for a lot of the quilts I gave to the Children’s Advocacy Center.
