Project  2 - Nancy Sturgeon

Back to Projects
I love red and white quilts. These are quilted using the orange peel continuous curve pattern. I originally purchased a kit for a smaller quilt years ago on my birthday at Quiltfabric.com. When I finally decided to make it, I felt it needed a lot more reds and creams than were in the original layer cake. I like really scrappy quilts. So I cut and cut and cut and sewed, sewed, sewed. I ended up with 2 twins (66" x 84") and a lap quilt. Have no idea where I'll use them, but I love them.
